I am going to lower the limit of PM quota for members from 250 to 100.

The database has 186,000 PMs in the sytem. I believe about 500+ PMs per day get sent. It's 110MB in the database. That's not terrible but certainly we can trim that down.

I am giving fair warning that your PMs won't work to recieve if you have your box full and if you have more than 100 then it's going to be full once I make the change.

Expect the change within 48 hours. I just wanted to give some advance notice so users can empty their trash folders.

No changes will be made to HF l33t accounts which have a 1500 total box.

could you make something that you can save the pm's with all data to your local hardderive.
for if you got more than 100 pm's with usefull information.
it will save your database even more because then you can limit it even further down.

Anyway I will delete some of my PMs that I dont really need to keep in my inbox and I suggess everyone to do that, why just have them there, you dont need them and it would just be a nice thing to do when you have the time.

you all need to think about the fact omni is trying to make a living out of this(and other) website.
if he wasnt this whole site shouldnt exist.
so he must try to make the leet as good as possible to have a breakfast evry day.
and believe me if your wanna make money you should be a professor or something.
