For the most part he is taking users off of my list in the stickied topic, although he may be adding others himself. That being said I am not really associated with the program (In case you took the opening sentence the wrong way), I just provide some of the users added here. Anyone else added to this DB that isn't already on my list may not be a proven scammer yet, just an accused, so you should keep that in mind.
