Before i begin, I would like to say I was inspired by BV1 to make this program.. I though him making a thread with scammer's was a great idea so i took it to a new level !
This project is web-based ! This is the FREE version, We might or might not release a pro version, If we do it will be SH@RECASH or for sale...
Please also no flaming or trolling, This took me a lot of effort and time to make for the HF community. The database is hosted by: Thesecurelock.com 0.99 Website hosting unlimited !

One thing though. Even though I put in proven scammers into the scanner, the database still say's their clean.
Also the start says donate $10 and you get the "Pro" Version. What does the include?

The pro version will be mentioned later in about 1 day or 2 . Plus we just started building our database, and if we have not added a scammer yet the program will tell you (READ CAREFULLY),
"Records indicate this user is clean zone, There are no report records on this user specified.
Being in the clean zone does not guarantee this user will not scam you. This record just show that this user was not reported to us."
