SCAMS
HARDCORE SPAMMING AND LQ MEMBER
REP ABUSE

Some ubers lost their status due to scams.

That's what was meant by quality of Ub3rs, but I'll add that in.

Many people have been downgraded, you may not know but Panik use to be ub3r, thats just an example.
