I was using something in Chrome's element inspector. I'm not sure what it was but once I used it Chrome froze up and when it unfroze I couldn't use the site. :\

Edit: It's working again! :)

I set it so that it reset after every 24 hours as stated on the download system. Hold up. I am going to edit my thread. I am very sorry about misunderstanding that this may have caused.

You should give it a reset anyway. Seems unfair that the download was capped because of bug exploiting.
