On lots of sites I export all my PMs and archive them locally. VB has the same feature. It comes in handy too because Mybb doesn't have any PM search ability. However as an export you can use any text editor to search and find what you need. Handy imho.

And yes...this will have a side effect of giving more advantages to HF l33t but it's the paid subscribers that support this site that keep it going. Without the subscriptions this site wouldn't do well enough for me to spend all the time and effort that I do. Even if you aren't a subscriber..be thankful to them because without them this site would not exist as it is today.

With a near 600mb database and growing by about 3-5mb each day this site is going to need a dedicated sql server sometime in the next 12-18 months I believe. That's gonna put the yearly costs into the $3k mark. Adjustments need to be made to slow that down and keep this site rolling. Everything I do at HF is weighed against cost of resources versus the benefit to members. HF does not have unlimited resources at it's disposal.

My inbox/sent/trash is always at around 10-20 message only. So I dont think I need to delete them. xD
Unimportant message should just be deleted.

All sent folders were deleted yesterday. I gave notice to do backups on June 1st.

you all need to think about the fact omni is trying to make a living out of this(and other) website.
if he wasnt this whole site shouldnt exist.
so he must try to make the leet as good as possible to have a breakfast evry day.
and believe me if your wanna make money you should be a professor or something.

There is an export feature already part of Mybb.
