My 61$ paypal for 45$ LR. Anyways i didnt feel safe with him because he wasnt replying to my messages so i charged back last night. Well today i canceled the dispute and told him to refund which he still didnt. Hes saying that paypal has the money held? If its true Dream please post pictures.

Paypal held the funds because you marked it as a unauthorized payment and they are going to investigate it because you pretty much told them that it wasn't you that sent the money. So everyday if you want me to I can keep posting pictures with a notepad saying the date time and even include a PM each day to prove it's still held. I'll refund when it's done being held unless it goes straight back to you. You are stupid to dispute in the first place, use your head you PM'ed me at like 150AM and expected a response.
