It is FUD scantime but not runtime so the AVs know it is a trojan in the moment that you execute it!!!

You are talking about Norton SONAR. No current crypter can bypass it. It analyzies files by their properties rather than their signature.

It is possible but hard, and wtf "by their properties".

No, they analyzes by their behavior, the same thing does KIS (Kaspersky Internet Security).

No they don't, its behavior based, detects the behavior of the file that's executed.
