Because the rar file is protect by password.... That why when you scan it on virustotal.... it cant detected it....

it dont matter what u post most people on here are not stupid enough to fall for ur games you just joined and ur posting a bunch of tools and saying look i scanned it so dont say nothing about scanning this and when questions about being detected come up u say but i scanned it DONT DOWNLOAD THIS its a virus

OK, i checked one file on VirusTotal and it says it's a virus:
