Both banners are really good, except you should change the text in the first one from "Merry Christmas" to "Happy Holidays" like it was already said, but the second one is more in the HF style.

i think the banner should say merry christmas and happy holidays, it talks about probably the most celebrated holiday in the world except new years and then the happy holidays is to everyone
