Yeah, so another Paypal limitation. After very successful sales on my Monetizing eBook PP decided to limit me. I've moved to Alertpay now.
Anyway, I used legit information. The only problem is I didn't use my real age (I'm not 18 yet). I'm 99% sure I put in I was born in 1990. I can send them my edited ID, but will they check if it's valid? I don't look above 18 in the picture. My account is verified and everything.
I'm glad I withdraw my money every once in a while, otherwise it would have been more than twice as much.

Are you limited yet or have you been given 180 days?
There was a way to get unlimited around here somewhere. Not sure if it worked.

Kinda hard to transfer it to my bank account when I'm limited 😅
eye if u have some faking skills u will be fine
take ur father or mother id as a platform and edit everything to match ur PP infos
then send it ,
if they didnt unlimit ur account, they cant take the money eithe
wait 180 days and add a bank account and get ur money out

You need to transfer the cash to another PP that isn't limited before you can't do anything with your money.
