I can't rightfully say I deserve this more than everybody else that will post here because obviously there are more reputable people on this site that will be looking for an upgrade. Hey, I have over 530 posts, 2 rep and have been a part of HF of almost 8 months.

I think I deserve l33t because I have done lots of things for the members of HF, including making free signature to EVERYONE who requests one. I have given over 13 100% unlimited lifetime hosting accounts to members and the only neg rep I have are from 4 kids who rep raped me for flaming a thread. I also do lots of contests and plan do do some give aways in the future.

Hmm I actually don't have a good reason for being l33t, just that I want to since I've been on this forum a while now and Im still active :)
And I don't have paypal so I can't buy it myself... :/( So I would get so happy for l33t D:
Also, as someone stated over; ub3rs/l33ts are in some cases the only ones who gets like the source codes for some projects etc in coding, which can help me alot in evolving my knowledge.

A lot of users doesn't get approved, so then what should they do? Keep the money, of course - and they were meant to be bought ub3r with. I suggest then, that you create a rule that every l33t that enters needs to be approved to ub3r with a screenshot (of the whole screen to avoid faking) with the approvement of Omniscient.
