I know rats use ports to communicate if my port is Open eg Port 81 and im listening on the port , while i send a victim my Server if his/her port 81 isnt open will the rat work ? or not? if it wont whats the solution for this?

It will work, the RAT only needs your port open for receiveing data. Have fun :)

As stated by icebird, yes it will work. When the victim runs your server, it will send a connection to YOUR open port thus letting you do whatever you want with them.
