I made this and it uses WebClient. If the IP information is false, then it's not my fault. It's the provider which I used http://who.is/whois-ip. I decided not to do videos because it's just useless in these simple programs.

The only way you will get the real address of the person assigned to the IP is if they register with their ISP/are their own ISP. This will only find the companies address.

I would suggest using a different website that is more accurate. Like this one http://www.whatsmyip.org/iplocation/
