1 Infection 1 Possible infection

First one I know is a problem...
Google search directories doesn't go where it is supposed to go like normal.

Second possible infection...
My startup takes about 20-30 seconds to boot up, it used to be 5-10 seconds.
As well, programs are loading up a lot slower now.

DxDiag Download

Not cured, but how I'm reducing it.

Google might been update'd.

Just run a few times your virus scan and if you have opent a file that you dont trust run a virus scan from totalvirus!
Use an advance task manager and look through the running processes. This might help --> https://hackforums.net/showthread.php?tid=1156836
Just checked all the comments, I "NEVER" update. The current updates to Windows Vista Home Edition slows it down a lot, mostly the reason why it slowed down.

I'll try the advanced task manager.
