With the browser, I reckon it should come with inbuilt hacking dictionaries, wikihackia or something, range of tutorials, inbuilt chat. You get my drift, like a library but browses.

IDE is kind of obsolete - SharpDevelop.

I'd be up for writing an awesome HTTP Botnet - I'm learning ASP .NET + SQL relational DB support. But that would either be solo, or with an experienced C++ programmer for the server.

What about a real project that needs a lot of work.
We could create a new Programming Lanugage like Python.
The user does write scripts and they are accociated with a interpreter which does 'execute' the command and do calculations or webrequests or what ever.

I vote for a filesharing app. One with quick uploads, no downloading wait times, unlimited free downloading and built in virustotal virus scan would be amazing (but optional for uploads so if your trying to upload a keylogger to spread and you want it to stay FUD)

Make either a browser or an operating system. The operating system I'd love to see what a lot of our members combined skills can come up with.

That's a good point - if an OS was created, we'd need to write apps for it, such as webbrowsers, etc.
