Your MSN is possibly being frozen by someone else. If so, there's no way to counter it - they can't freeze it forever.

Just wait about 20 mins and you should be able to log in again.

The error keeps saying that my firewall may be blocking it.. This error has been happening to me for like two years now I think lol.
