50% of the threads in the Traders Area are installs for installs, but I don't think there should be a section for this as this is more like a white-hat site and you are trading victims which is illegal and you don't have their permission.. but it's up to Omniscient anyway!

Think more broadly when dealing with forums and subforums. Within just a few years or even a shorter amount of time, installs for installs will lose popularity dramatically. Then, we have an inactive subforum sitting around.
