For some reason, paypal recently asked me to add a payment method (card or bank account) for my fake australian account. I was able to send money just fine for for 3-5 days but now it just doesn't work anymore I guess. It just asked me to add a fund. I tried sending as a gift/purchase/service but nothing works. Anyone know why? I would rather not have to make a new account. Luckily there is only $15 in that one.
