Get a better PSU from a company like Corsair, Antec, Enermax, ect.
The 4670 is a pretty outdated card and won't be able to run games on very high settings.
You should get an i5 2600k with a P67 chipset motherboard, it'll need to be 1155 socket. Currently your CPU and socket don't match up, they won't work together.
For this budget, 8GB of ram seems somewhat overkill. The RAM you chose is fine, but you should just get 4GB of it not 8GB.

8GB's is actually a good idea if your running 64-bit... But i agree that you should get a socket 1155 and get a 5000 or 6000 series card

No it's not. Well, at least for an $800 build.

8GB or more is only useful on servers or people who video edit a lot.

Get GTX460. Change your PSU to corsair or something that is Non-Chinese manufactured. No need for 8GB RAM. Most games only need 2-4GB RAM.

I dont think I can build a computer on 800 with the intel i7 thats good, to so im going to pay like $1000 for a good computer
