Hello, and welcome to my thread, during your reading of this thread, I hope to teach you, as the reader how to forward your ports, and whether the task will be possible.
Let's begin.

although hard to explain, I'll use a little analogy.
Portforwarding is simply opening up one or more of your Router's ports, in order for a program to allow inbound and outbound connections.
Remember: A port can only be used by one program at a time.
Think of ports like this, A port is a gateway, a motorway, and the information travelling through your ports, are the vehicles,
A car travels along a motorway, and can travel pretty fast, but is often stopped because of clutter.
Well, if we were to add another road on the motorway, or 'assign' certain vehicles to one type of highway, the cars, or information, could get through a lot quicker.
If you're portforwarding for a RAT, which I assume you are, the ports a used to send data connecting you and your infected's PC.

Gateways that allow inbound / outbound connections.

You're going to have to find out your router model, and make.
You can simply do this by visiting your default gateway, Usually: 192.168.1.1 - You will be prompted by a login, the default login is
Username: admin
Password: admin
Your system info (Router info) Will be the home page, usually.
It'll look like this:

Notice the name of my Router is 'Echolife HG520B' You'll need to remember this.
Visit: http://portforward.com/english/routers/p...rindex.htm
That site has a router model, and make list. Find your router there, or just follow my tutorial.

Within your Router, You WILL have to make some changes.
Using your Router's navigation bar, navigate to 'Advanced'

Within this, look for 'Firewall' or 'Firewall Settings' disable this firewall, often there are 2 options, 'Firewall' and 'SPI' You should disable both.
Within the 'Advanced' Section, look for UPnP.
Enable UPnP (Universal Plug and Play), as this allow inbound / outbound connections.
Also, Disable windows Firewall. or, allow your RAT to make inbound / outbound connections.
Now, to Forward the port(s).
Navigate to NAT, It'll be in the 'Basic' Section, Instead of 'Advanced'
Click 'Virtual Server'
Within 'Virtual Server' You'll have many options to fill in.
Fill in like so.

For your Local IP.
Navigate to cmd. (command prompt), run as admin.
Type 'ipconfig' (remove quotations).
Within the text that just popped it, find Ipv4 address, Enter this into Local IP

If you cannot open your ports manually, CALL YOUR ISP. Ask them to open it. If they ask why, say the game you're playing requires specific ports to be open.
ALTERNATIVELY - Buy xviscerals VPN - with open ports.
