The Road to "Ratting"

- Step 2 -

Analyze your situation!

1. What's your home life like?

If your home life is troubled, Maybe you shouldn't be doing this. You may like the newly found powers a bit to much and start to abuse them!
If your home life is good, This may not be a good idea for you. You may get a bit obsessive!
If your normal like most people, This may be the right thing for you. Doing this is a good release after a hard day!
(correction this is never a good choice lol... you're hacking, its illegal!!!)


2. Who are you looking to target?

If you had any answer other than "Anyone", You should reconsider your goals. Unless you are doing this for personal reasons you shouldn't "Target" a specific person or group. IF you do you might not get the outcome u wanted!


3. How good are you with computers?

If you have basic skills you can achieve your goal of "Ratting" in no time!


4. Do you share your computer?

If you share a computer you should NOT be doing this. ONLY do this on a personal computer!


5. Do you have a family member who works for the government?

If you said yes, I recommend you don't do this. But there are special occasions where you can get away with it! Just like in my situation. My dad works for the government setting up firewalls and classification levels for the govt. He is great with computers and is a Certified Ethical Hacker. But because of my Social Engineering skills (from next question) I am able to hack behind his back ;)

Port Forwarding!

This is simply a MUST HAVE for "Ratting"!

#1. Forward 2 ports of your choice and check them both with both of these links -

#2. Go download proXPN, Once downloaded and you are signed up. Click connect and move on to Step 4!

Choosing your Programs!

#1. First were going to choose the RAT client. There are lots of them out there! So its all a matter of personal preference.

Im going to provide the links to the best Free, and Paid RAT clients - (Remember these are my opinions)

Once you have you RAT client its time to move to #2!


#2. Now that we have our RAT client its time we find us a good Crypter! I wont suggest any crypters because there are way to many to sift through.

Ignore, Trust me its not a virus half a hackforums prolly uses that exact thing. its just the stub used to create the "Server" is detected by antivirus.
