Bypass third-party password software on RDPs
So you've successfully gained access to a machine that has RDP enabled, but you've encountered something similar to this:

You give up, right? Wrong!
Follow these simple steps to bypass that annoying software.
1. Open Remote Desktop Protocol and click the options button located at the bottom left:

2. Check the box that says 'Start the following programs on connection' and enter this into the text box:

3. Click connect and log on to the RDP you have had trouble accessing and you should see a command prompt.
Type TASKLIST and press enter and you should see something similar to this:

4. Look through the process list until you think you've found the one that belongs to the protective software (it could be something like password.exe, lock.exe or similar) and type TASKKILL /F /IM processname.exe (processname is the one you found in the list)
Then go back to options, uncheck the box, disconnect from the RDP and reconnect and hopefully you've got full access.
I hope this works as well for you as it did for me and my apologies if this is old news, I'm only trying to help. 🤝
