DMCA-killing hack idea

Hi everyone. I have an idea for a virus which could potentially render copyright laws like the DMCA unenforceable. I'm wondering if there's anyone out there with the balls (or ovaries) to implement it!

The idea is to create a file sharing program like Kazaa that is distributed both by "willing user" download, and also as some kind of virus which infects unwilling user's "slave machines".

The advantage is that willing users would be able to download copyrighted content with legally plausible deniability, because authorities wouldn't be able to tell whether the program was installed via infection or willing download.

The key is that the footprint left by the virus and the legit program would have to be indistinguishable. To achieve this, both versions would automatically download random copyrighted content. This way, no one would know whether the copyrighted content had been automatically or manually downloaded.

So if the music industry tried to sue some poor 12 year old girl for downloading Britney Spears music, she could claim she had not done so willingly, and that she was just a victim of the virus.

I've never written any sort of "malicious" code before, so I wouldn't know how to do it. But I thought someone on this forum might like the idea enough to try it. I don't think anything like this has ever been done before.

So how about it? Feel free to post comments. I'm curious whether people think this idea would work, or if anyone knows of a similar project.
I'm pretty sure HF is protected by the DMCA, not to mention I have heard OMNI say he sends out a few DMCA takedowns a week ( heard it in an interview )
First of all, wrong section reported.
Second, this wouldn't be too hard to implement. It would be easily done - You'd just need a large server to hold all of this copyrighted music etc. Although I'm not a fan of downloading copyrighted things illegally I'm sure that this has probably been done before.

Why do people always feel the need to tell the person when they report them? Just report them and get on with it.

It's not a threesome if it's you and two of your fingers.
You're "sure" that this has "probably" been done before? If it's been done before, please name the product/virus you're talking about.

You couldn't just do this with a large server, because then it could be easily shut down. It'd have to be a P2P type system. Here are the components as I see it:

1) Kazaa or BitTorrent P2P-type application
2) Virus exploit method
3) Method for nodes to discover each other to share content, so it can be decentralized.

I'm new to HF. Sorry to post in the wrong forum. Which forum should this sort of thing be posted in?
