That looks like a virustotal scan. Don't scan programs at virustotal/jotti that you plan on using.

I opened it to check then used winrar to rar back up, different compression gives different file size.

Ok you told the truth. After I downloaded from RS the file size became the original size at HH. Seems that RS reports the wrong file size. Download is Legit.
Sandboxed it, Its Clean.
