You should see Nyx's or my rep. There's quite a few with statements regarding anime.

Yes, it's an opinion but I don't think it should be allowed. It's like if I, an Atheist, went around -repping everyone who believed in God saying "God's fake." I sure people would go ape shit over that, but it's basically the same thing.
