Hey AA, I wanted to share a small review of an anime I recently watched, so please please be gentle, k<3?

Alright, so the anime I'll be reviewing is Dragon Crisis!

First off, I want to say that this caught my eye while browsing through Crunchyroll's "Ecchi" section on my ipod. Let me also say, that I stayed up all night watching this, so my judgement it impaired from all of the caffeine and Hardstyle/Dubstep blasting in the background.

Let's start off with the main characters:
Kisaragi Ryuuji

PROTAGONIST. I'll keep it short; he's your typical male lead. Nothing else can be said about him in my opinion. Other than the fact that he and Rose share something special.

Rose

Your female lead! (HINT: She's the dragon :O!) I like this character, and it's probably because her seiyu sounds so damned cute. She's also the seiyu for many other supporting and lead characters for anime. She voices Alphonse Elric in FMA: Brotherhood, and Shana in Shakugan no Shana. Eff, man, she also voiced Taiga. NO WONDER THOSE "RYUUJI's" SOUNDED SO SIMILAR.
And it's totally not because she's "loli-ish." Totally not the reason.

I'll do one supporting character, just because I like her character design. It actually is a fetish of mine....D-don't hate..

As with most of the characters, she has her own intro into the story. I don't want to spoil things, but she's a thief. She's also the one with the kemonomimi in the story (Gotta have one of those, amirite? K-ON's got Azu-Nyan). She can take the form of a wolf from time to time, but the real secret behind this is later revealed. (COOLTIP: HETEROCHROMIA Iridum:DD)
I also like what she wears >.>
There's just something about kemonomimi and skimpy outfits that just....I have another outfit for my girlfriend to try on, please excuse me for a bit.

Now for the actual story review.
This anime started out a bit awkwardly. It's like it expects the watcher to know what a "Breaker" or "Lost Precious" is. The character development is great, but the way the anime strays from it's original plot to introduce the characters can be better. It's like..."OHAY WE FOUGHT A DRAGON, NOW WHAT? LET'S GO TO THE BEACH! KAY." "OH NO, A LOST PRECIOUS, LET'S STEAL IT."
Shit liek dat. (And I just realize I summed up the first 6 episodes)
Don't get me wrong, I think every anime I watch is good, and deserves me staying up all night to watch; It's just that I think the execution of Dragon Crisis' story could have been better. I also forgot to mention that I really didn't notice any ecchi-sketchy parts in the anime, but there were quite a few, I.E. Bath scene, beach scene, you know, typical stuff.

There was also the slight jiggle every now and then, but it really isn't that serious. Also; HOW THE HELL WASN'T THIS A HAREM. Ryuuji had at least 3 girls with him at all time. Seriously; they all loved him too.
I can almost see this being turned into a hentai--And to be honest..I'd watch/read it.
What I found to be really strange, was the fact that the anime basically had an 8 episode filler to the actual relationship between Rose and Ryuuji. I just didn't build up enough for me.
Just, to say the least...The anime needed to be stretched out, and it also needed to go further in depth. Or at least have a second season to explain it all.

Overall, I give the series a 7.5/10.
The characters were put together brilliantly, the story just needed to be executed correctly. That was my biggest peeve. I did meet another waifu in the story though. Yet another kemonomimi :3

There's the review, I hope you guys enjoy don't mind it. It's a bit scrambled, due to me staying up for about 17 hours now. But I think I did well.
Oh and you can also stream the episodes on Crunchyroll, but the ads are bothersome. Thank our creator, Haruhi, for ipod apps.

I KNOW, RIGHT? I wanted to see more of her, and not the casual school drop-ins. I nearly cried when she was told off by her "Master." That douchebag, treating my waifu like that. But I guess it's alright though, he probably did care for her.

Ok, review. Anime was awesome loved every minute of it. No comedy x.x fucking anime. Still loved it.

Oh, I remember that part, the second episode I believe. I had a feeling that they rushed that relationship a bit too much, but yeah, here saying that was pretty hilarious.

I was thinking the same thing until they showed how they first met. Then I thought it was perfectly timed.

The ski ski thing? Didn't even make me chuckle x.x, That anime had no comdey. The ending makes me think a 2nd season might come. It ended a lot like Qwaser.

I found the beach episodes made me giggle every now and then...There was some comedy, but it wasn't that out there.
How Rose would pout every time Ryuuji was near another girl was amusing too.

I want a second season too. The series just didn't bring things out enough.
