I found out in services.msc My Internet Services Do not work & files Gone I try the CMD Ipconfig 0.0.00.00
& services.msc to Star the services but was Block said files where not their

I was installing different software I do not how I got infected

So I tried Put my Windows xp bLACK IN & went to Recovery console went to floppy desk I do not have one so how hell do I fix the Services files?
