Cutting to the main point, I am looking for a co-developer for a new project, namely a forum. I have had a lot of successful projects in the past, yet I've never tried a forum. I have some great ideas, and just need an intelligent partner to help me with it.

I am wondering what forum software you'll want to use and will you want actual pages such as a custom portal which is not forum software.

Now if I were you I wouldn't even read this message because the my activity on the forum, but hear me out.

I'm willing to help with this. I own a licensed vBulletin and IPBoard, i'm also fairly experienced with PHP, CSS, HTML, JS. I know how to manage almost every well-known CMS and Forum Engine.
