What do you mean it isn't going further, you need to tick the box below the terms and conditions and then fill in the information.

Nice, couple of problems about that though...

1. I bought from one of your Alpha Resellers
2. I never accepted to that ToS
3. No one accepts on my behalf, freedom of opinion.

My account got suspended because I gave out free hosting which was against some terms in which I never accepted which means it's void.

Your reseller accepts my terms when they sign up. If they don't have "no free accounts' in their terms then you deserve a refund.

Think of it from my point of view.

You give away free accounts. Customers abuse it. (Don't say they won't, because THEY DO.)

They upload email spamming scripts that will get my IP blacklisted, which affects my paying customers send mail.
They upload DOS shells, which eats all the CPU/BW and gets my server suspended from my host, which affects my paying customers.
They upload child porn, you think this doesn't happen that often but it does.
They upload torrent scripts that use massive amounts of bandwidth, when my quota runs out my connection speed drops, which affects my paying customers.

If you were paying me for hosting, would you want free customers on the server? Don't answer it's rhetorical.
