[INVEST] Invest in my domain + hosting [INVEST]

Idea:
Create a forum regarding something unique (No gaming,hacking,monetizing or similar ideas, it is really unique).
It will be a .net domain and ends with with ...forums.net , I can get many potential members FROM HackForums to register and will be setting up Google AdSense + Donate button + V.I.P option in the forum to maximize money income, might add banners but that's up to the members which'll join.
Am going to make it user friendly and smooth running (no free hosting bullshit) in order to gain as much as possible potential members; you wouldn't want to join a forum if it doesn't load quickly enough, do you?

What do you, the investors, need to give me?:
I need money. I need to purchase a domain name + hosting for this forum.
You'll get your money back as soon as possible + 50% of what you invest.
You can also wait and get ..% a month of the income, you decide.

The basic idea is that it's totally not related to the internet, as there is way too much competition in that section.
Instead, I'm going to create a forum about things in real life.
A couple of them are (not including the most important ones): Dancing (Cwalk,HipHop,Breakdance,Popping etc) Fighting (MMA, Muay Thai, Kickbox), Leisure activities etc etc... Just to point it out; The most important ones will not be said in this thread as people might rip my idea and fuck up a whole month of ideas :/

My goal is to reach ~100 to 200 bucks to buy the domain and start up the site, other ways of helping is to get me some very good hosting / a good forum license (take vBulletin for example) / Posting / Advertising and getting people to join the forum.

EDIT: I'm not going for ...forums.net any more as it is too commonly used for a forum, am now looking for a good domain name which suits the idea :)
