What is difference between scan time and run time scan ?

Hi hf friends...
Sorry for this Worthless question...

Please any one tell what is the difference between scan time nd run time scanning ?

Thanks in advance...
It would help if there were some context to that question. Are you talking about a particular application?
Scantime = when the AV scans the file (and doesn't find any detection for example)

Runtime = when the program is running (and the AV detects it's actions for example)
Scantime is when an AV is scanning a file. If there is no detections, you say it is 0/32 SCANTIME

Runtime is when a program is being used, and while being used, an AV scans it automatically. If it does not detect it, you say it is 0/32 RUNTIME.
