So, I've pulled Some IPs off XBL with Cain and Able. Is this the person Xbox Ip? or the IP to the router? or what? Like, If I want to use a booter will it just boot them off XBL if I use port 3074, or can I like, wreck their whole internet question? Like if they're on their computer, will it basically DDos them?

The IP is their route, and use port 3074 or port 80 to hit.

This depends on what your booting with. most of the time you will knock port 80 because some booters will hit only that or random ports.
You will knock their whole internet.

Just use either port 3074 which the xbox port, or port 80 for their whole internet.

So if I use port 80, It will basically not let them on the internet whatsoever? And the IP I pulled with Cain is for the router? Not just the Xbox?

yes, unless they know how to change there ip address, and no omg the ip you pulled with the Cain is the ip of there internet what there router assigned them. you cant pull the ip router..
