Well this one was hard it really made me think for a while. The one done by pOgon is pretty well balanced between the car and the landscape of the city but I think a few of the effects were unnecessary. Also the borderlines around one of the fractals at least is way to obvious to miss. You should of used a eraser with soft edges to combat this problem. The text fits very nicely with the color scheme that's going on.
Now onto the one created by Spidey. The background with the colors are working well together with the car. I like the rising sun sort of effect and the little bit of noise added to it makes it pop that much more. The motion blurring gives the car a sense of movement so it doesn't look stagnant. As for the text although you picked a color that suits it just seems slightly lazy to me.
With this being said I have to make a decision. As said before it was very hard for me but pOgon got my vote on the battle (Sorry Spidey).
