Hello, Today i tried to PF to be able to use my RATs and loggers but apperently i cant Port forward and an acceptable replacement is port triggering. Does someone know how this is done and could someone help me?

Just use a VPN that has opened ports. Gosh you kids act like this is rocket science, sure it's okay to ask for help but no need to type your problem in like 20 words like you expect them to give you the answers to a college test.
