Okay, apparently Omni' is depressed or whatever. He's complaining about how users message him about their "silly" problems such as conflicts between them and another user and stuff along that line. Simple. Just make another Admin or usergroup such as the Mentors that jobs are specifically to deal with things such as this. I don't know. Maybe this is a stupid suggestion. But I don't give a fuck. Obviously the process would be more complex, but this is just the idea in general. The group or whatever would have forum powers, and they would deal with member disputes.
