I will show you 2 easy ways to get anyone IP address and how to make people download your file or click the website on your scam email.
2 ways to get anyone ip address:
1.
Go here
Enter your email address
They will give you an innocent link to give to your friends, or anyone you want to have their ip address.
When someone click on your link, they will send you the email address contain that person's ip. But for now, the website is being restore so they will give you a link to view their ip address.
2.
Register a website at .co.cc and host it at SPAM.com (it's free)
Go to webhost.com >>> click on Members Area >>> sign in >>> Go to CPanel >>> File Manager >>> click on public_html folder >>> upload index.html file >>> save
Then it will auto create a html file like this:

And now, every times someone click on your website link, you will get their ip address in your ip.html file ( the ip separate by an * )

Use http://emkei.cz/ to send fake email:
Example, you want to get your enemies click on your infected website or download infected file, use his friends, girlfriend's email address to send him an email "Hey! Check out this cool link" or "Hi boyfriend, download my sexy picture here"
- To scam your mean teacher, abuse the project coming next to send your teacher a infected file binded with your project ( if your file not crypted well, use emkei.cz to send by another student email address)
If you don't like those ways, there some good scam mails ideas:
