can someone tell me a good site with online virus scanning. that dosent add the "server" i scan into there database?

Virus total adds your server to the database. It's down so you want an alternative that doesn't add server to their database?

don't use virustotal, it distributes your negative scan results and files to anti-virus companies so that they can fight it off before you even put it out
