I understand everything else but the one thing that I just find outrageous is the deadline for editing your posts. For ex., not too long ago I wanted to make an edit to one of my tutorials but it's been over 48 hours since I posted it. This isn't for personal gain it's improving the forum content. And please don't say that people might say something and edit their posts in some negative way, then why let ub3r's do that? Plus there's the quote feature that's often used.

I bet that member Guess Who Is Back is going to make some stupid reply.

I didn't say all of the features, I said this one. Do you not know how to read?

Non-upgraded members can't edit their posts because it's an extra disadvantage. It is to promote upgrading. If all members would have all the features enabled, no one would upgrade.

5. Regular Member Features. If a feature is only for l33t/ub3r it's not going to be handed down to regular members who did not pay for the feature. Any new features of the site will almost always be for upgraded accounts.
