Opening - As many of you know, Omniscient declared that he is considering adding a new usergroup in the next 2-3 weeks. It is not 100% positive. You can read his announcement here. There seems to be a lot of questions about it, so this thread should clear them up. I will update this with every question that is asked.
Usergroup - In his announcement Omniscient said that the new group "P0W3R," would be a secondary usergroup. To clarify, you will NOT be able to display this userbar under your name in posts. Below is an example of a secondary usergroup.
What is a secondary usergroup? A secondary usergroup is a group you are apart of, though it is not displayed anywhere except your profile. The userbar under your name is known as your primary usergroup. P0W3R WILL have its own userbar but it will only be visible on your profile.

Requirements - As of now, requirements are unknown, however following is known.
- ANY member can purchase P0W3R. You don't need to be L33T or UB3R.
- You will not have to purchase L33T or UB3R to purchase P0W3R.
- A payment of $10 must be made through Liberty Reserve
