Ahaha lol at 1337 people getting sued, but still sorta sucks since Funimation sued people just for downloading an episode of anime and giving it to some people when you can already access it online from like 5000 websites.

Nothing serious will happen if you only download it (sometimes), but once you re-upload it and distribute it for the rest of the internet that's when the real risks start to happen. They deserved it in my opinion, they knew the risks, they took the risks and it this time it didn't pay off. That's how illegal things work in life, sometimes you get away with it and sometimes you don't, of course if you don't you're screwed.

Then what can we do now ?? Is it risk free to download any anime from bit-torrent ?? i live in Bangladesh and there is law for cyber crime here . So i feel free to download any anime from my country :)

I think this is because they shared it locally which defeats any of the anonymity associated with things like private trackers.

I could not find the file on dvd anywhere so what is the point of sueing people? It only shows how greedy they are. They should have released the episode for legal buy to download method.
