Haven't seen this posted here yet, and I've known this method for at least 2 months now.
A small text guide I wrote on how to get really really cheap speed boost, for any of you NFSW players out there.
Get 50k (or more, depending on the special offers) Speed Boost for about 3.5 USD, normally costing way over 150 usd.
Totally legal and safe with their TOS.
