Boot in safe mode, and check your AppData folder for anything other than folders.
I wouldn't assume you got "freaking hacked" just because your computer restarts automatically, but I would do as the users above me mentioned but also check out this thread if you believe you are indeed infected I am infected! What do I do?

A trained HJT member can assist you from there.

If you are struggling and need someone to talk to about something or want to vent about your IRL problems, I am just one PM away.
If your not infected your computer might be overheating that's why it restarts keep a monitor on your heat!

No....
No....

Don't do that OP.
Running MBAM in safe mode can cause major problems if it finds something like a rootkit which needs to be removed upon restart.

Run a quick scan.

Computers don't restart when they overheat, they shut down. I doubt its a heating problem.
In safe mode do not try to remove the virus with Malware bytes, just change the executable virus to a .txt then remove it in normal mode. From what I hear Malware bytes can malfunction/not remove the virus in safe mode; ergo its just safer to do it that way. Of course, edit your registry after, etc.
I have a few things you can do, to find the virus. First of all try to start ur computer in safemode, so it should prevent it from restarting.. (Hopefully) And then try the other things.

I would recommend doing the CCleaner thing, because it finds all the programs which are starting at windows-start. And then you can try to deactivate the things that you find suspicious.

1) Start in Safe- Mode (Read how to start in safemode)
2) Download CCLeaner, and click on Tools > Start-Up > Look for any suspicious files.
3) Download MalwareBytes, and do a full scan.
4) Check how high ur CPU is. If it's up on 90 or 100 for a while and keeps there, then it could be because ur computer is overheating.

Not always research is key before reposting.

When i played BF3 for a while ago, my CPU was on 100% all the time. And then my computer overheated and shutted down. So yeah, i havent tried that it restarts when it overheats.. But everything can happend.
Boot in safe mode and run a virus scan with Malwarebytes :)
check what programs run at startup and see if there are any suspicious ones, and disable them

I would advise feeling your Fan. If it is extremely hot, then i would think that it was the fan over heating.
Scan with a antivirus like avast at the boot time ....
It could possibly be a boot sector virus.
