I seem to not be able to send money from my Paypal account. I want to buy a booter, and when I send the money to that person's Paypal, it shows me this (I blotted out the guy's email):

It says to add funds... I already have funds on my account. What's wrong?...

I tried converting the CAD to USD... Still doesn't work. Any help? Teamview, maybe?
