Thanks man! bookmarked this bad boy
Instead of buying a single book, why not just go to one of the many threads in this section and pick a random guide?

I'd bet there is a lot more /free/ information in that thread than in your friend's book.

I can understand supporting him for his work, but saying that implies all the other people who wrote the helpful guides in that other thread didn't care about their work which is obviously false. All those other people probably have the same content as this book. C++ isn't a complex changing entity, so all guides will have similarities.

Regardless, I probably shouldn't even be posting here. I just hate shameless self-advertising, especially when people go outside their own thread to do it.

I have some questions about C++ and they are very basic, and probably very easy. I failed to find any "C++ Help thread" do you know of any?

#include <iostream>

using namespace std;

int main()
{
cout <<"Thanks for sharing this book with us recycle bin :)" << endl;

}
Return 0;

I'm such a n00b 😵
All I see that's missing polymorphism and virtual functions and pure virtual functions this easily covers the basics
