step 1 : create new folder

step 2 : While renaming the folder hold [Alt] Key and enter 0160 or pressing Alt + 255.

step 3 : now right-click on the folder and select Properties and choose the Customize tab, than click Change Icon button.

step 4 : Scroll along and you should find a few blank spaces
Click on any one of them and click Ok. picture :
