I would get rid of the text, since it isn't really helping your tag in a good way. Also, this piece is quite messy. Loosen up on the effects.

Very noticable you followed a great tutorial. The outcome looks rather decent. Some small things here and there that could be improved but that'll come with time.

The end result looks well and has just enough of your own style and personality to make sure it isn't a copy of the tutorial's final result. Keep learning, you're doing wel.

Also, next time link to the tutorial used. It makes giving CnC easier and it's common decency.
