Ok on Monetizing area there are a lot of people who posts the ref link + the non ref link. Out of the Referral area.

The rule says :"No Referral Links. Any referral links must be in the Referrals Forum."

So, if we were going to take that 100%, it wouldn't be allowed to post ANY ref links on Monetizing, out of the subforum. So, is it allowed to post the ref links with non ref links out of the Referral forum?

Just report it as wrong forum and user will get warned eventually.
