The first time is like Where's waldo for the focal point. It just looks like a bunch of lines to me, but the futuristic lighting effect is nice. The lighting is coming on quite strong, so I'd tone that down. It looks like everything is scattered and messed around though, so perhaps a cleaning up would be nice.

The second one is monotone, and could use more depth as well as a nicer lighting. However, the effects are quite nice, despite the fact that they are too, scattered around.

I'm going to go with the second one because it's more organized, but both artists did a good job.
