I would greatly appreciate some help/advice with a problem I am having with my computer.
I have Windows 7 installed on my pc, all was fine until the other day when windows I had open would suddenly close and it was as if the mouse control was taken over and folders/programs would open up of their own accord ... for instance 'my documents' opened up and a program on my system for no reason.
I ran Avast IS/MBAM scan with no infected results
I decided to format my C: drive where my Windows 7 were located.(My pc have 2 partitions C: and D:) I have installed Windows again and thought that would be ok to go. I installed my antivirus software and all seemed fine ... then about 15 mins into browsing the same problem reappeared !!!
I am at a complete loss as to what to do ... do I maybe have a boot sector virus ? It is obviously something which is hanging around the hardware even though it's been formatted.
